Crosswires by MAC

 

Another MAC Lipstick added to my collection. I received this as a gift for Christmas (thanks to my sister) but wanted to give myself time to try it out before I write about it. Now I am still very much a newbie to testing out lipstick colours so I still mainly wear nude colours. However I ventured out a little bit with this shade. Crosswires is from the Cremesheen range and is a vibrant pink coral colour. The formula feel really creamy and moisturising which I appreciate as my lips suffer especially during the colder months. The colour stays on for quite a long time and leaves a pink tint to my lips. I personally think the colour quite suits me but I guess I'm getting used to it. I've worn it to university during the day or on nights out and I think it works for both. I've actually worn it a lot more than I thought I would. I think it's turning into my favourite shade right now.
It's probably quite sad how excited I get over receiving MAC makeup but I can't always afford to get high end make up. I do literally get a buzz from looking at the packaging as well. I think they just look so sleek and simple.
 I guarantee I'll be getting more MAC lipsticks at some point to join the two I currently own. *bye bye money*.
